Overview
The client had a deep desire to make the space more personalized and functional for her needs.
It was a new construction with basic design choices that hadn’t been intentional for her and her family.
The space was small and needed to have multiple purposes packed in one.
Her young children needed to have a safe play space where she could see them while she was cooking.
We created a boho feel with velvet pouf cushions and used warm tones and natural materials as much as possible to achieve a worn-in look that felt more authentic. One of the more interesting features is the double use of the mirror into a large dinner table for special occasions.
